Payment
Frejasknit accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Mobilepay Online.
Payment will only be debited from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

Delivery
Digital goods are sent immediately as PDF via email
Delivery time for physical orders is 3-7 business days.
Frejasknit ships goods with the following: DAO – Direct, DAO – Parcelshop
The freight is calculated based on weight.
You will be able to choose between having the package sent “without distribution” or “with distribution”.
You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.
Right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal for digital goods
When purchasing digital goods/recipes, you also accept that your 14-day right of withdrawal on the digital product lapses.
There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
You will be responsible for any return costs.
Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery and must reach us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation.
Requests to exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to frejahoffgaard@outlook.dk. The message must clearly state your desire to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Condition of the item upon return
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that you must try the goods in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Frejasknit to assess the condition of the item.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Act. The warranty applies to all defects in software, materials and manufacturing.
Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be notified to Frejasknit within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. A maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint is void in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
Frejasknit covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.

Delivery and Shipment
The delivery time for your order is 3-7.
Frejasknit uses DAO – Direkte, DAO – Pakkeshop for shipment of your ordered items.
Freight cost is calculated from the weight of the items.
You can choose to have your shipment sent with delivery to your home address or the nearest package shop.
You will receive a Track and Trace number upon shipment, which allows you to track the shipment at all times.
If you regret your purchase (Withdrawal)
Frejasknit offers a 14-day full refund on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
Any return costs you incur yourself.
The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the delivery, and be with us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal.
If you wish to make use of your right to withdraw the purchase, you must send us an e-mail about frejahoffgaard@outlook.dk. In your message, clearly make us aware that you want to use your right of withdrawal.
Condition of the item you have returned
You are responsible for the condition of the product, and for the decreased value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
This means that you have to try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item is tested/used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of decreased value. This means that when the purchase is cancelled, you will receive a minor portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to Frejasknit to evaluate the item's condition.
Warranty
There is a 2 year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.
Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to Frejasknit in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider a maximum of months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint waives the right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually.
Frejasknit covers return costs to a reasonable extent.
