Knit, Meditate & Manifest - workshop

Duration: 4 hours
Number of participants: Up to 30
Materials: Included. Participants bring their own knitting needles.

A creative workshop where meditation, manifestation, and handicrafts meet.

We begin with a guided meditation and
visualization exercise, where participants explore what they wish to give more
space to in their future. Afterwards, we translate the intention into a textile
artwork and plant a symbolic seed for what we wish to let grow.

Participants receive the pattern for the wall hanging before
the workshop and are encouraged to knit the canvas itself in advance, allowing
plenty of time for the creative process on the day.

Knit, meditate & manifest - course

Course structure · 3 to 5 sessions
Duration:
5 × 2 hours
Number of participants: Up to 20
Materials: Included. Participants bring their own knitting needles.

Create a personal knitted wall hanging based on your wishes for the future. Throughout the course, we will work with a symbolic seed for something we want to give more space to.

Each session has its own theme and combines meditation, visualization, writing exercises, and creative work with knitting and other textile techniques. We primarily work with yarn and fabric scraps and other surplus materials.

"Thank you so much for a really great workshop! I haven't dared to start knitting with leftover yarn, colors and different textures before. I've only stuck to the "pattern" and yarn recommendations. But NOW I dare to freestyle! It went so well today 💪 Thank you for inspiring and making an otherwise overwhelming design process so easy and really interesting 🧶🙌"

Along the way, participants will learn, among other things, how to achieve
the correct gauge with different yarns, tie quick, invisible, and durable
knots, and combine colors and qualities in new ways. The focus is on
creativity, play, and daring to challenge conventional knitting rules.
