Classic cardigan knitted top-down in 2 strands of cotton yarn (leftovers).

First, the back is knitted, then the 2 front pieces, and then the sleeves. Finally, the button bands and collar are knitted.

Fit
The cardigan is designed with a small positive ease of approx. 7 cm.
This provides a relatively close-fitting silhouette.

To choose the correct size, base it on your own bust measurement and add 7 cm.

Example:
If your bust measurement is 90 cm --> 90 + 7 cm = 97 cm
 → You should therefore choose size S

If you are in doubt between two sizes, I recommend choosing the larger one for a more relaxed fit.

WHAT YOU NEED

5 mm, 80 cm (for body) & 5 mm 40 cm (for sleeves)

and 3 mm, 60/80 cm (for collar and button bands)

GAUGE
16 stitches in stockinette stitch on 5 mm needles (or the needle size you need to achieve the gauge) = 10 cm

10-15 buttons approx. 1 cm in diameter
