ABOUT THE WORK
DIFFICULTY Medium

Classic cardigan knitted top-down in 2 strands of cotton yarn (leftovers). First, the back is knitted, then the 2 front pieces, and then the sleeves. Finally, the button bands and collar are knitted.
The pattern includes video guides for the techniques used.

FIT
The cardigan is designed with a small positive ease of approx. 2 cm.
This provides a close-fitting garment.

To choose the correct size, take your own bust measurement and add 2 cm.

Example:
If your bust measurement is 99 cm → 99 + 2 cm = 101 cm
→ You should therefore choose size M

If you are in doubt between two sizes, I recommend choosing the larger one for a more relaxed fit.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
RECOMMENDED CIRCULAR NEEDLES
5 mm, 80 cm (for body) & 5 mm 40 cm (for sleeves)

and 3 mm, 60/80 cm (for collar and button bands)

GAUGE
16 stitches in stockinette stitch on 5 mm needles (or the needle size you need to achieve the gauge) = 10 cm

YARN CONSUMPTION
400 (450) 500 (550) 600 (650) 750 g 8/4 cotton yarn - knitted with 2 strands

10-15 buttons approx. 1 cm in diameter

Possibly a sewing needle for buttonhole stitches
