PERFECT TEE

WHAT YOU NEED

Circular needles:
5 mm / US 8, 60 or 40 cm / 23.6 or 15.7 inches (for the neckband),
6 mm / US 10, 80 cm / 31.5 inches (for the body) – or the needle size you need to achieve the correct gauge.

Gauge:
14 stitches on 6 mm / US 10 needle = 10 cm / 4 inches

Yarn suggestion:
300–900 grams of any kind of yarn you like.
You can knit with multiple strands held together or change needle size to achieve the correct gauge.

Sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL

ABOUT THE PROJECT

SKILL LEVEL: Beginner

The Perfect Tee – as I’ve modestly named it – has a boxy fit with wide sleeves. It’s very simple to knit. It’s worked from the top down. The pattern is written without abbreviations and includes video guides for all techniques.

The measurements listed are the finished garment measurements. The tee has a slight positive ease of 7 cm / 2.75 inches.
My bust measurement is 98 cm / 38.6 inches and I’ve knitted size 3.

TIP: Measure a t-shirt you like the fit of and choose the size that is closest to those measurements.
