ABOUT THE RECIPES:

COTTON CANDY TEE

What you need:

Recommended needles: 4 mm (80 & 40 cm)

300-700 grams 8/4 cotton yarn

Knitting tension : 15 stitches in textured knit on 4 mm needles = 10 cm

Sizes : 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6

Finished dimensions approx.:
Width: 72 (80) 88 (96) 104 (112) cm
Length: 50 (52) 54 (56) 58 (60) cm

DIFFICULTY LEVEL: BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE

ABOUT THE WORK
The Cotton Candy Tee has small, delicate sleeves and a rolled edge at the neck. The tee is knitted with a simple structure consisting of knit and purl stitches, which gives it a fresh and playful look.

It is knitted top down on needle size 4 - or the needle you need to reach the knitting tension! The small sleeves are shaped with circular needles. The collar is made by finally picking up stitches along the neckline.

The top is intended to fit snugly. The measurements given are the finished measurements of the piece.
You can choose a size approx. 10 cm below your own bust measurement and get a very tight-fitting version, or you can choose to take the size closest to your own bust measurement/size larger and get a looser-fitting tee. I made mine in size 3 for a tight-fitting version (my bust measurement is 96 cm)

YARN SUGGESTIONS
I have knitted my Cotton Candy Tee in two strands of 8/4 cotton. I have used different shades of pink as the base color. For the stripes I have chosen 2 strands of yarn with great contrast. For example, dark blue and delicate pink, light yellow and dark green or boadoux and turquoise.

WHAT YOU NEED:
Circular needle: 5 mm – or the needle you need to reach the knitting tension

Knitting tension: 14 stitches in width on needle 5 = 10 cm

Sizes: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5

2 buttons 2cm in diameter

FINISHED GOALS
Chest circumference approx.: 80, 90, 100, 110, 120 cm

TISVILDE TOP

ABOUT THE WORK

DIFFICULTY LEVEL: MEDIUM

The Tisvilde Top is named after my favorite seaside resort where I spent all my summers as a child and teenager. It was with memories of teenage crushes, the feeling of sand between your toes, blue sky and the sea in mind that I created this top. I hope you will love making it as much as I have!

The top can be knitted in two strands of 8/4 cotton or 2 strands of mulberry silk + one strand of lace from Sabina Sistoe.

You choose whether you want to knit the top from the bottom up or from the top down. You will receive two files when you purchase the pattern, one with the top knitted from the bottom and another with the top knitted from the top.

The top has a positive ease/movement space of approx. 5 cm. The length can be adjusted using the straps if you knit from the bottom.

If you need help getting started with knitting with yarn scraps, check out my crash course HERE.
