ABOUT THE WORK
The Easy Mohair Blouse is a simple yet modern wardrobe favorite designed to fit your body snugly to give an easygoing and feminine look. The blouse features a boat neckline, slim sleeves and a fit that makes it easy to style - both day to day but also for nicer occasions.
The pattern is designed with new knitters in mind. The blouse is worked top down with raglan increases and short rows. You are carefully guided through both techniques along the way. The pattern includes a short and clear explanations of raglan shaping and short rows, as well as video tutorials for the techniques, so you can always see how things are done.
The blouse is worked with two strands of silk mohair. It is designed as a perfect first mohair project and as a gentle introduction to knitting garments that feel like “real clothes” – even if you are still new to knitting.

POSITIVE EASE
The blouse is designed to fit the body tight and therefore has minimal positive ease. Choose the size closest to your own chest circumference if you want the snug fit shown on the model.
The pink blouse is shown in size M, and the designer’s chest circumference is 96 cm / 37¾ inches.
For a more classic or slightly looser fit, pick a larger size.
Make sure to measure the widest point around your bust and add 10 cm | 4 inches to find your size. You can choose a size below your chest measurement for a tighter fit or a larger size for an oversized fit.
