Round stick 10mm 80cm, 12mm 80cm & 40cm and 15mm 80 & 40cm

500-900 grams of yarn scraps

Knitting gauge 6 stitches on needle 15 = 10cm

Sizes small, medium, large

Finished goals:

Extra Chunky Vest is the cozy little sister to my popular recipe for Extra Chunky Sweater.

The vest is quick to knit with the large needles and stands out with its large, cozy collar. Perfect for throwing over a shirt and a pair of jeans or as a different layer over a pretty dress to add a bold contrast.

The vest is knitted from the bottom up. It is short and has an oversized fit.

It has a slit in the sides in the rib at the bottom. The vest is knitted in the round up to the armhole, where it is divided into front and back pieces, which are finished knitting separately.
The collar is knitted by picking up stitches along the neck, and the armholes are finished with a wide rib.
