Needles:

Circular needle 5mm (40 & 60cm), circular needle 6mm (40 & 60cm)

Tension gauge sample:

13 stitches in stockinette on needle 6 mm = 10 cm

About the pants:

The pants are knitted from top to bottom on circular needle 6 mm.

Since the pants might increase in cm when you wear them,you have to consider if you want a loose or a tight fitting. If you want a tight fitting, then choose a smaller size.

About body measurement; the waist is the narrowest measure of your body; the hip is the widest measure of your body.
