Join a cozy and inspiring live webinar where I delve into the endless possibilities of yarn scraps – and show you how to actually use them.

If there's one thing I love, it's knitting with yarn scraps.
And if there's one thing I love even more, it's getting nerdy about it with other knitting enthusiasts.

On June 10th from 7-8 PM, we'll spend a whole hour together – and I promise you'll leave with both new inspiration and concrete tools.
You'll receive a recording of the webinar and my PDF presentation afterwards.

What others say

"Really well and simply explained"
– Line

"It gave me the courage and desire to try it out"
– Maria

Why knit with yarn scraps?

Every year, enormous quantities of yarn are destroyed, simply because more is produced than is used.

We can actually help change that.

As knitters, we have a unique opportunity to:

  • use what we already have
  • reduce waste
  • create something completely unique in the process

And let's be honest: those little scraps are too good to just sit in a basket.

From "it's not for me" to "I can't wait"

A participant told me before a workshop:

"I only knit in beige and brown, and I really don't care for that scrap thing."

But after the course, she was totally buzzing and could hardly wait to get home and start. Not with wild colors – but by mixing all her beige and brown scraps.

The point is: scrap knitting doesn't have to change your style. It can actually enhance it.

What you'll learn at the webinar

This isn't just inspiration – it's concrete knowledge you can use right away:

  • How to combine yarn scraps so it looks harmonious and complete
  • How to work with both colorful and subdued expressions
  • How to avoid your project looking messy
  • My simple method for achieving gauge – even with mixed yarn
  • How to get ideas for new projects from what you already have

You'll leave with a clear idea of what you can knit next – without buying new yarn.

More experiences from participants

"I just needed that final push – and now I've knitted my first scrap sweater"
– Camilla

"I've returned to it several times – and have really gotten started"
– Julie

Isn't scrap knitting just wild and chaotic?

It can be, and it's fun to work with.

But it's also a myth that it has to be that way.

If you prefer:

  • calm colors
  • natural tones
  • a simple and timeless expression

I'll show you exactly how to achieve it.

My method for gauge

You'll learn a simple and useful method that makes it easier to hit the gauge – even when working with different yarn types and scraps.

Who is behind this?

My name is Freja, and I have a great love for knitting – especially with yarn scraps.

For me, it's not just about using what I already have. It's also about creating something personal, creative, and meaningful – without it having to be complicated.

I love making things simple and clear, so more people feel like starting and actually using their yarn.

And perhaps most importantly: I know that scrap knitting doesn't have to be wild or overwhelming. It can be calm, aesthetic, and completely in your own style.

That's exactly what I want to show you.
