Pumpkin Spice Bonnet

DIFFICULTY: Medium/hard

Beautiful bonnet in superfine texture with i-cord edge and string.

Pumkin Spice Bonnet is knitted top-down in texture. First, the crown of the head is knitted, then stitches are picked up along the sides and the rest of the bonnet is knitted back and forth in texture. Finally, the i-cord edge and string are knitted. 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

RECOMMENDED CIRCULAR NEEDLES
9 mm circular needle 40 cm (for the bonnet itself), double-pointed needle 6 (for edge and string)

GAUGE 
12 stitches in stockinette stitch on 9 mm needles (or the needle size you need to achieve the gauge) = 10 cm 

YARN CONSUMPTION
25 g Melody from Drops, 71% Alpaca, 25% Wool, 4% Polyamide, 50 g = approx. 140 meters together with 25 grams Paljett from Sandnes, 55% cotton, 45% polyester 50 grams = 140 meters
